PREVIEW SPECIFICATION

Design in accordance with the current summary of the initial tests by the system provider.

Tried and tested comprehensive solutions (NSHEVS) complete with window and actuator must be used.
A summary test certificate (testing for aerodynamics, fire and continuous loading) must be provided when the order is placed.
The manufacture of NSHEVS devices must be independently tested by a recognised testing body.
Tested NSHEVS devices must be certified with a CE sign issued for approved building products.
The approved, tested vent dimensions, vent weights and vent surfaces for each opening type and design must be determined in accordance with the dimensioning documentation of the system manufacturer.
Only tested fittings that belong to the system may be used (type and design are described separately). The SHEVS units must also be fitted with the hinges belonging to the described system. Refer to the system manufacturer’s size tables for the number required.

Profile basic depths and face widths: see system description of the standard system

The profiles used are joined using PA 66 profile insulating bars.
